- To view your items, click on the ‘cart’ icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
- Click on ‘Go To Cart’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
- Fill in your details accurately and choose your Payment Option (2C2P, Credit and Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer) then click on ‘Confirm Your Order’ to proceed with the payment. *Payment Option(s) available varies depending on countries.
You will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
In case your payment is not successful, you will receive a Payment Failure Notification to inform you that your payment has failed and would suggest alternative payment methods that are available.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Shipment Notification email. To track and check the status of your order, please click on ‘Trace Shipment’ attached in the Shipping Notification email.
You may also log in to your onecarefamily account and click on ‘My Orders' to check the status.
Please note that you need to be registered and logged into your account to view your online orders. Orders will not appear in your account if you checked out as a guest.
All orders are processed on business days: Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following working week and may take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
For international shipping, delivery will take approximately 3-14 business days.

For deliveries by DHL, you may manage or customize your shipment details once it has been passed over to DHL via On Demand Delivery (ODD). You will have the flexibility to make changes directly under ODD such as scheduling a delivery date, authorizing a signature release, or others while your shipment is en route.
Using the tracking (shipment waybill) number, you may log in or manage your shipment as a guest on the DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) website here.
