  2. If I previously was OnecareFamily member, what happens to my current points?
    Your existing points will be converted into cashback. (e.g., 100 points = SGD 1)
  3. What happens if I return a product?
    If you return a product, the cashback earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. For example, if you earned SGD 50 cashback on a returned product, SGD 50 will be subtracted from your cashback balance.

    The Wellness Club has 5 member tiers based on your spending. Here are the tiers and their requirements:

    All member tiers are valid for a lifetime. However, an annual spending of SGD 170 is required to maintain your current tier status and benefits.

    No! Invite as many friends as you like. Each referral unlocks new levels with attractive rewards.
  2. What constitutes a successful referral?
    A successful referral is when a referred friend makes their first purchase online at Onecare Official Website using your unique referral code or link.

  3. Who can be a Referred Friend?
    A referred friend must be a new customer to Onecare Official Website, who has never signed as a member before in our loyalty program. For example:
    • Not Eligible: Referred Friend A is Onecare’s The Wellness Club member but has never made an online purchase
    The referred friend and the referrer cannot be the same person. The referred friend must have a different email address and distinct billing and shipping information from the referrer.
  4. What type of rewards can I get?
    Every successful referral awards the referrer with cash vouchers and gifts.

  5. What can a Referred Friend get from using my code?
    When a referred friend uses your code, they receive a SGD 7 cash voucher.

    There is no minimum spend required. The referred friend must create an account at Onecare as The Wellness Club member using the referral code to enjoy the discount on their first purchase.

    No, all cashback in your Onecare wallet has no expiry date and is valid for a lifetime.
  2. How can I use my cashback?
    You can use your cashback in the following ways:
    • At Checkout: Apply up to 30% of the subtotal amount.
    • Redemption Store: Redeem designated products and merchandise.
  3. Can I ship only the products I redeem from the redemption store?
    No, you cannot ship only the products you redeem from the redemption store. Orders must include at least one full-sized product alongside any redeemed items. Checkout transactions with only redeemed or trial products are not permitted.

  4. How do I earn Onecare cashback?
    You can earn Onecare cashback through the following ways:
    a. Use cashback vouchers.
    b. Join the Wellness Club referral program.
