  3. To view your items, click on the ‘Cart’ icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Click on ‘Add To Cart’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
  5. At ‘Checkout’, fill in your details and Payment Option (Bank Transfer, Direct Deposit Over ATM Machine/Counter, Credit and Debit Card Payments, PayPal or E-Wallet) then click on ‘Confirm Your Order’ to proceed with the payment.

Successful Orders:

You will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

Unsuccessful Orders:

In case your payment is not successful, you will receive a Payment Failure Notification to inform you that your payment has failed and would suggest alternative payment methods that are available.

To track and check the status of your order, please click on ‘Trace Shipment’ attached in the Shipping Notification email.

You may also visit ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Orders’ to check the status.

Please note that you need to be registered and logged into your account to view your online orders. Orders will not appear under 'My Account’ if you checked out as a guest.

All orders are processed on business days: Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following working week and may take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

For international shipping, delivery will take approximately 1-14 business days.

For the latest updates, refer to the tracking information in your Shipping Notification email or check "Active Order Status" in your The Wellness Club Home.

Changes Before Order Processing

As long as your order status displays as "Verifying Payment" in your Wellness Club account, you can update your contact information or delivery address.

However, once the status updates to "To Ship", kindly contact our customer support team at [email protected].

To update your order details before it is processed:

1. Log in to The Wellness Club account.

2. Go to “Active Order Status” under your account dashboard.

3. Select the order you want to edit and update your contact or address details.

4. Save your changes before the parcel is dispatched.

Changes After Order Processing

Shipment Delivered via Ninja Van

Once your parcel is handed over to Ninja Van by our team, the tracking number will be available in your Shipment Notification email or under Active Order Status in your The Wellness Club account. Use the tracking number to manage your delivery through the Ninja Van website or app.

Enter the tracking number on the Ninja Van Tracking Page or app, select “Manage Delivery” and follow the on-screen instructions to make changes. You can:

  • Reschedule delivery to a different date or time slot.
  • Change delivery address (within coverage areas).
  • Authorize a drop-off without requiring a signature.
  • Redirect the parcel to a nearby collection point.

    Shipment Delivered via J&T Express

    For J&T Express shipments, the tracking number is provided in your Shipment Notification email. Use it on the J&T Express tracking page or app to:

  • Track the parcel's location and expected delivery time
  • Reschedule delivery to a different date or time slot
  • Change delivery address (within coverage areas)
  • Redirect the parcel to a nearby J&T collection point

    Shipment Delivered via JNE Express

    With JNE Express, you'll receive a tracking number in your Shipment Notification email. Manage your delivery at JNE Express website or app with the following options:
