Working from home has become the new normal for many of us since the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic took place. This saves us so much more time from not having to commute to and fro from work, gives us the luxury to sleep in longer, and wear our PJs at work which also means less laundry to wash. Yay!
Though there are many upsides to this situation, truth be told, working from home can be pretty tough. This is especially so for those who have to deal with crying young kids and pets who constantly bark even when there is an ongoing skype meeting. Not to forget, distractions are on full display at home. The TV and bed call out to us every time we pick up our laptops to do our work. With the freedom we get from working from home, it’s hard to pull ourselves away from getting distracted.
